SALA Dean Morgan is a young and growing chain of adult conversation schools in the Osaka area. We are part of the larger foreign-owned Dean Morgan group of companies based in Tokyo.
From our beginnings 5 years ago, we have aimed to provide high quality, great value lessons for our students through ensuring our staff and teachers are happy at work.
Our four Schools - Umeda, Honmachi, Namba and Senrioka - are in convenient locations and great environments to work in. Our instructors teach both small group lessons and man-to-man lessons to students streamed into clearly defined courses and levels.
If you ask our people what they like best about SALA, the most common answer will be the fun but professional atmosphere. This comes from flexible management and allowing staff to play an active role in shaping the company. Extras like free tea and coffee, monthly parties and charity lessons go even further to making SALA a place where everyone wants to be.

Native English speakers or Japanese Instructors must possess the following:
- Bright and positive attitude
- Strong sense of teamwork
- Love of language and/or teaching
- Valid visa (tourist visa holders not accepted)
For those new to teaching, we provide everything you need to get on your feet and grow in Japan. Full training provided and assistance with visas available. For those looking for more, we can offer opportunities to develop your career within the company or even start your own franchise.
